We engage clients that we want to work with and, unlike many of our competitors, we will deliver appropriate solutions, rather than "one size fits all" processes. We believe it is critical to understand both the stakeholders aims and the business drivers and the market dynamics fully before entering into any process or transaction event.
We will always deliver an honest appraisal and assessment of the situation and not just tell you what we think you want to hear to win a mandate.
We provide full transactional support, becoming key members of our clients' team and ensuring that transactions impact their businesses as little as possible, whilst ensuring that they are fully involved in all key decisions.

BUSINESS SALES/EQUITY RESTRUCTURING
Most business owners only sell once. Achieving the optimal outcome is critical. We will understand the business we are engaged with and its value drivers and market opportunity. This enables us to design a bespoke sale process which is tailored to ensuring that our clients' needs are met.
Equally, we see an increasingly high volume of opportunities where owners want to de-risk (take "money of the table") but still believe in the business and want to remain involved and participate in the upside.
MANAGEMENT BUY-OUTS AND ACQUISITIONS
Funded transactions can be complex, with numerous parties involved, and as such require strong project management skills, guiding the transaction in the right direction for the client.
Alongside this, our in depth knowledge of the funding market and network, means we are able to deliver appropriate debt and equity solutions.
REFINANCING/RAISING FINANCE
In line with our client's strategic plan, we will assist in the raising of appropriate development/growth capital when required.
STRATEGIC DIRECTION
Many of our clients are heavily involved in the operational side of their businesses and, as a consequence, have very little time to review their long term strategy.
We will work with them to provide a framework for review and to challenge their current thinking. We do not have all of the answers, but we will ensure that our clients are able to understand their aspirations, the value drivers in their business and the market opportunity and, consequently, develop a strategy that will ensure that their personal aims are given the best chance to be met.

With 25 years of corporate finance experience, many in senior positions with KPMG and Grant Thornton, Tony brings a wealth of transactional experience.
Outside of work, Tony is focused on chasing around after his three boys and is a long suffering Aston Villa fan.
JONATHAN LEWIS
With considerable experience in several sectors in several parts of the world, Jonathan focuses on business development within his network of contacts and adding a sensible strategic challenge based on his experience.
The little downtime he gets is happily spent with his wife, two boys and a golden retriever.
